A few weeks ago, I had an opportunity to connect and communicate with Mitchell York. Mitchell York, president of E2E Coaching Inc., is a Professional Certified Coach and entrepreneur dedicated to helping corporate executives in mid-life renew their lives through small-business ownership. He is the author of the book, Franchise: Freedom or Fantasy? – How to Know if a Franchise is Right for You After Your Corporate Career.
A Columbia University MBA, Mitch has led many high growth companies. He was president of LendingTree Inc. in its startup phase, and was president of NetCreations Inc. (now Return Path), a publicly-traded email marketing firm. In addition to his coaching practice, Mitch is an executive coach for ClientWise LLC, a training and coaching company in the financial services industry; a job- and career-counseling coach for clients of The Five O’Clock Club, a leading outplacement firm; and he also owns his own franchised food-service business.
I did not miss the opportunity to welcome him for an interview for the blog so, here’s our discussion, hope you all enjoy it!!
