Continuing with my previous post on free tools and resources available to help you save time, make your life easier and business operations more effective, here are a few more tools I’d like to introduce to you all…
Before I get started with the list, here are a couple reminders:
1. Don’t be a kid in the candy store – Don’t use it because its out there because there’s so much out there, hand pick the right tools from my lists and many other sources available online, do some research and see which one fits your needs the best… Think about it, at the end of the day how many IMs or reminder lists or calendar tools do you need? Most probably, just one. Choose right.
2. Its FREE but (here’s the rub) – Most of these tools may not be pulling dollars out of your wallet but you still need to invest time and energy to make the best use of these tools… Anyways, without any further delay here’s the list:

I’m sure you have run into situations where the file was too big to be emailed and you had no idea how to send it… you tried breaking it into multiple files, zipping it and what not… The email programs limit the attachments by size usually 10MB… With yousendit, no more hassles of too BIG to be emailed…
